After a few months away, the fan-favorite, delicious, gluten free Racca's Eggplant Rollatini has RETURNED to our menu!
Never tried it? Now is the TIME! In addition to eggplant being in-season (maximum yum) this dish is so addictive! Slices of tender eggplant pan fried crispy, rolled up with milky ricotta, and topped with melted mozzarella and San Marzano tomato sauce.
