The Furlough Special

In case you missed our announcement on Social Media:

Racca's Pizzeria Napoletana is pleased to join other Wyoming Restaurants and businesses by offering a free meal for Federal workers and their families who are going without pay during the government shutdown.

Federal employees are offered to please join us as a Dine In guest, Daily between 2 and 6pm for a One-Topping Margherita Pizza and Soft drink. This offer applies to Federal employees, spouses, and their children age 17 and under, for the duration of the shut down. Must present your valid federal government work ID. Guests are responsible for tax and gratuity. Just ask for the Furlough Special, we hope to see you there!

Ingredient of the Month Recipe: Calabrian Chili Olive Oil

Incorporating Racca's into your own kitchen has never been easier!

This month's Ingredient of the Month recipe is easy to make and hard to mess up. Its a 2-step process and only takes 3 items to make! 

INGREDIENTS

• Calabrian Chili Peppers (Available at your local Italain deli or online.)

• Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Other ITEMS NEEDED

• Olive Oil Dispenser (We used this one and it worked out great!)

DIRECTIONS

1. Put 5 Calabrian Chili Peppers into olive oil dispenser.

2. Fill the rest of the bottle with olive oil.

Use this olive oil just as you would any other olive oil to add a little spice to your recipe! 

*Dispose contents and refill dispenser every 3 months.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Add chili peppers and olive oil to dispenser.
