Whole-lotta Burrata!


One of our favorite winter traditions is to bring Burrata to our feature menu!


Our long-time fans may have tried our favorite Burrata Genovese – which pairs warm roasted Tomatoes, homemade Basil Pesto with creamy Burrata and Focaccia for the perfect sharable appetizer. If you’re one who loves a classic Caprese Salad – this dish turns up the volume on each of those delicious flavors and is a must-try!


Can’t get enough Burrata? Save room for the Prosciutto Burrata Pizza* – a restrained pizza that showcases each ingredient’s best qualities. The silkiness of the cheese, bright acidity of the Grape Tomatoes, freshness of the Basil and imported Olive Oil, then finished with the salty-umami punch of DOP Prosciutto di Parma. If you’re not going to southern Italy for Christmas this year, this pizza will transport you with flavor!


Not to be missed at the end of your meal is Salted Caramel Pannacotta – made with whole Vanilla Bean, imported Dulce de Leche from Argentina and Italian Sea Salt – it’s a few luxurious bites that perfectly cap off your Racca's experience.


What is Burrata? Think of it like a little cheese purse - with hand-made Mozzarella on the outside and a creamy, gooey center.
